RICHARD G. GREINER

Dick is a partner at Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP, and Chair of our business and estates group. He has extensive experience in matters of taxation, employee benefits, corporate and business law, business succession planning and estate planning and administration.

Dick is a graduate of Villanova University, and Villanova University School of Law. He received an LLM in Taxation at the New York University School of Law.

Dick served as Managing Editor of The Tax Lawyer, the official journal of the tax section of the American Bar Association. Dick has served as Chair of the Tax Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a member of its House of Delegates. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Bar Association and Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, having served as Secretary and Treasurer. Dick is also a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, an organization limited to practioners with recognized expertise in the tax area.

He has also been active in community affairs including having served on the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency and as a Director for the Manheim Township School District. He has served on the Parish Council of his church, and is a former President of the Parish Resource Center, a nondenominational organization serving churches, and served as president of the Manheim Township Educational Foundation and a board member of the Lancaster Educational Foundation.

Dick and his wife, Jill, are the parents of three sons and nine grandchildren. Dick was a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps.
