PAULA D. MUNSON

Paula D. Munson practices in the areas of affordable housing development and financing, nonprofit organizations, real estate, business and commercial transactions and wills and estate planning and administration.

She is a graduate of Dickinson College and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and LLM in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. Following graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edmund B. Spaeth, Jr. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. She has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1975 and is also admitted to practice before the Federal Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania and United States Tax Court.

She is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law, Business Law and Tax Law sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lancaster Bar Association.
