Barry A. Solodky is a partner with Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP and concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and workouts. Barry's 40 years of practice have provided him with experience in representing a wide range of both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 proceedings. He actively practices in both the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania. Barry was a Chapter 7 Trustee for 33 years and has acted as counsel for trustees. In addition, he has been appointed as a Receiver in several cases in both Lancaster County and York County. He is also an appointed Mediator in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Barry is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy issues before accountants, realtors and other professional organizations.
